Quality is our priority. AOI, ICT, or flying probe electrical tests are performed on all boards. Functional testing can be added on request.
Just go to our contact us page or find a “Get a Quote” section, upload your Gerber file, fill in project details, and within minutes you will receive an online quote from us.
We accept payments via bank transfer (clear funds with fees paid), credit card, and PayPal.
We offer UK, Europe, and international delivery with express or standard options. All prices include online tracking for both services.
You will need to send Gerber files (RS-274X format), NC drill files and a fabrication drawing of your requirements. Also, you may include a bill of materials (BOM) and pick-and-place files in case you are outsourcing assembly services.
Lead times will be 1 to 21 days based on complexity/layers. Single 2-4 layer prototypes can be delivered in 3-5 days, whereas multilayered or HDI boards might take 10-15 days.
PCBs or assembly PCBs have no minimum order quantity (MOQ). No matter the quantity of one prototype board or thousands of boards to be produced, we can support the order of any quantity with the same quality.
Yes, we can take native design files of Eagle, Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, and other leading PCB packages. To ensure the most accurate output we would suggest giving Gerber files in addition to your native design files.
Our certification and manufacturing is to ISO 9001:2015 and IPC standards such as IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012. Being a subsidiary of RUSH PCB UK Ltd, we have complete quality management systems and traceability.
Yes, we have a fast turn service to provide PCBs with lead times as short as 1 day to meet urgent prototype needs. The availability of same-day service is dependent on the complexity of design, number of layers, and the availability of the production schedule at the moment- contact us to confirm.
There are only top and bottom components and traces, and a 2-layer PCB is used when a simpler circuit is being built. A 4-layer PCB includes internal power and ground planes, with improved signal integrity, lower EMI and increased routing capacity to complex designs.
Yes, we use our Full Turnkey and Partial Turnkey assembly services to procure all the necessary parts through approved distributors. Our services cover procurement, inventory control and quality assurance so that you can spend time in your business.
We also provide easy payment methods such as credit/debit card, bank, and account payments to its customers.
Yes, we export PCBs in 32 countries around the globe with reliable courier. Shipping costs and delivery time to different locations are different depending on the destination- when you request a quotation we will give you the quotation with shipping.
We produce one to 32-layer PCBs and include PCBs as simple as one-side to multilayer designs. The high density interconnect (HDI) boards with blind and buried vias which are backed by our advanced manufacturing capabilities are used in applications where maximum circuit density is required.
Yes, we offer free DFM reviews of any project to establish possible manufacturing problems prior to manufacture. Our senior engineers review your design files and suggest some optimization to enhance manufacturability, cost-reduction, and first-time success.
Several of our surface finishes include: HASL (leaded and lead-free), ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative), immersion silver and hard gold plating. All finishes possess certain strengths basing on your application needs, shelf life needs and assembly processes.
Yes- we do high frequency PCBs, so Rogers 4350, Rogers 4000 series, Taconic, and other low loss dielectrics. RF, microwave, and telecommunications Signal integrity Our controlled impedance manufacturing (±10% tolerance) guarantees signal integrity.
We provide a quick-turn prototype service with lead times as short as 1 day when urgent projects are required, and lead times of 1-21 days when the project is more complex. Our delivery time is generally 3-5 working days in 2-6 layer prototypes in quantity of 1-100 boards.
Yes, we are experts in the production of flexible PCB and rigid-flex PCB on polyimide materials. Our flex options consist of single-layer flex, multilayer flex and complex rigid-flex systems that are suitable in space-constrained designs, wearables and dynamic flexing.
