Terms and Conditions for PCB Company (Part of RUSH PCB Ltd)

1. General Service Agreement These terms apply to all services provided by PCB Company (a part of RUSH PCB Ltd), including PCB prototyping, quick-turn production, and full-service assembly.

2. Quotations and Order Accuracy

• File Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all uploaded Gerber files and design datasets.
• Pricing: Quotes are based on specific parameters such as layer count (1-32 layers), materials (e.g., FR-4, Ceramic, HDI), and surface finishes.
• Volume and Discounts: While we specialise in High-Mix Low-Volume (HMLV) with no minimum order quantity (MOQ), we offer volume discounts for larger production runs.

3. Manufacturing and Quality Standards

• Compliance: All boards are manufactured to RoHS standards and comply with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Testing: We provide 100% AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and electrical testing to ensure precision and reliability.
• DFM Support: We offer free design reviews to identify potential manufacturing errors before production begins.
  

4. Turnaround and Delivery

• Lead Times: We offer flexible delivery schedules ranging from 1-day express to 21-day standard turnarounds.
• Guarantees: Lead times provided in quotations are estimates based on design complexity and component availability. PCB Company strives for “on-time guaranteed” delivery but is not liable for delays caused by file errors or external supply chain constraints.

5. Assembly Services We provide four distinct assembly options: Prototype, Partial Turn Key, Full Turn Key, and Consignment Assembly. For consignment orders, the customer provides components, whereas for Full Turn Key, PCB Company manages all component sourcing.
